Salesforce Principal Engineer
United States (Onshore) | Full-Time / Contract
Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and complex integrations.
We are seeking a Salesforce Principal Engineer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role owns architecture, integrations, and technical direction across complex Salesforce implementations while mentoring teams and partnering with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
• Lead complex integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Define coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce platforms
• Support delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP)
• Enterprise architecture and technical leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
• Experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Salesforce certifications (Architect / Platform Developer)
