We are seeking an SAP Development Manager to own SAP technical delivery and lead development teams in alignment with business and enterprise architecture goals. This role is responsible for code quality, delivery execution, and close collaboration with functional and business stakeholders.





Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development teams and oversee end-to-end technical delivery
• Ensure high code quality across SAP enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
• Drive technical design, development standards, and best practices
• Partner closely with functional consultants and business teams
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Support SAP upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP developers







Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong SAP development background across core SAP modules
• Proven experience leading SAP development teams
• Hands-on experience with SAP technical design and delivery
• Ability to collaborate with functional and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades
• Exposure to SAP integration technologies
• Experience working in global delivery models
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture standards
