We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems using C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in backend architecture, performance optimization, and integration with cloud-based services while collaborating closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.




Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core
• Build RESTful APIs and backend components supporting web and enterprise applications
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend architectures
• Work with microservices-based architectures and distributed systems
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data access and persistence
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and QA for end-to-end delivery
• Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to backend best practices
• Support production releases, monitoring, and issue resolution




Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in .NET backend development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
• Hands-on experience building RESTful Web APIs
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
• Experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, role-based access)
• Proficiency with Git-based version control
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• BDD experience (Behave)
• Exposure to Docker / containerized testing
• Cloud testing experience (AWS / Azure)
• Performance testing exposure (Locust, JMeter)
