What we do
Making every platform predictable, integrated and scalable
The same disciplines, whichever platform sits at your core.
AI-accelerated
Strategy and governance
A roadmap that balances transformation goals with regulatory and operational reality.
Landscape assessment
Custom code, interfaces and manual workarounds mapped as they really are.
AI-acceleratedRoadmap and operating model
Ownership, decision rights and a phased plan leadership can sponsor.
Controls by design
SOX controls, segregation of duties and audit trails designed into the landscape.
Implementation and upgrades
Implementations and upgrades run as controlled change to core business systems.
Clean-core design
Extensions kept outside the core so upgrades stay safe.
Data migration
Historical data, document flows and audit trails carried across intact.
Phased cutover
Go-lives planned around close calendars and peak periods.
Integration and data
Event-driven integrations that let each platform change without breaking the others.
Integration architecture
Middleware and APIs designed with owners, error handling and monitoring.
Master and reference data
One definition of customer, product and supplier across systems.
Reporting on platform data
Operational and financial views that agree without manual reconciliation.
Testing and release assurance
Automated regression across the processes that matter, so each release carries a known level of risk.
Process-based regression
Order to cash, procure to pay and record to report tested end to end.
AI-acceleratedVendor release readiness
Vendor updates tested before they reach production.
Interface testing
Connections between platforms tested with realistic data.
Managed services
Application management focused on stability, control and steady improvement.
Production support
Clear ownership, defined processes and predictable response.
Release and transport management
Changes moved to production in a controlled, traceable way.
Continuous control monitoring
Controls checked all year, not only during audit season.
AI-acceleratedour point of view about core platforms
A clean core, with purpose.
Standardize by default. Customize only when the value is clear and the change can be governed.
Controls belong inside the process.
Controls belong in the workflow, not on someone’s to-do list.
Integrations are long-lived assets.
Design controls to be operated, monitored and owned long after the project ends.
Go-live is the middle, not the end.
Most of the value, and most of the risk, comes after go-live
Case study

A fragmented CRM estate turned into predictive Customer 360
Growing through acquisitions, the broker had fragmented CRMs with no unified lead tracking. Win and loss data wasn’t captured at group level, placement and claims status was invisible to client teams, and renewals were managed from spreadsheets and broker memory. It also faced a CRM buy-or-build decision.
We developed a vendor-neutral platform decision across Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics, and built a single client identity through entity resolution across every entity, with API and event-stream integration to policy admin, placement and compliance tools. Six explainable ML models, one per lifecycle stage, covered lead scoring through renewal risk and wallet-share gaps, and stayed in place if the CRM changes.
